Billionaires Brownie

The dessert that a billionaire's brownie most closely resembles is a millionaire's shortbread. In the humble opinion of the Engineer's Bakehouse shortbread is a waste of space, so we swapped it out for something much more indulgent. 

Comprising our signature brownie, a layer of fudge as thick as we can make it and topped off with a slab of chocolate, it doesn't get better than this.
